Grace is God's unmerited favor; it is divine love in action. Grace is an unearned, unending, and unbreakable favor from God that cannot be earned or manipulated. It has nothing to do with us and everything to do with God and His love for us. Without Grace, we are nothing! There is no one – NO ONE – who does not need the love of God revealed through His grace in Jesus Christ our Lord. Without Grace, we are lost and in danger of Hell forever. No amount of good deeds or religious rituals will save you without first receiving the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ as your personal Savior.

How to Receive God's Grace

Before the Christian can receive grace, he must understand it. We must first understand we are sinners, separated from God because of our sins and deserving of Hell. We must understand we have no righteousness of our own to be acceptable to God; our best efforts can never be good enough to earn salvation. We must understand that Jesus is Lord. He lived a life without sin, paid the full penalty for our sins on the cross, and rose from the dead to prove He is God. We must understand that God's grace is for us, for our sin debt has been fully paid in full. You must understand that the grace of God does not depend on your feelings or your performance. It does not require you to be perfect or to try harder. You must understand that the grace of God has been freely granted to you as a gift in Christ. You did nothing to deserve it, and you can do nothing to keep it.

The Christian is Protected by God's Grace

When we receive Christ's grace by faith, we are sealed by the Holy Spirit to be kept safe in Christ. We are given a new heart and new desires to replace the old sinful ones; we become new creations in Christ. We are surrounded by God's divine protection, a hedge of protection only God can provide. The grace of God keeps us near to Him, growing in Christ-likeness, and moving ever closer to the day when we will be fully conformed to the likeness of Christ's glorified body. The grace of God is a gift that keeps on giving. It is a gift you can open any time to receive the amazing blessings of God.

God's Grace After Salvation

God's grace is amazing and powerful. It is available to the believer from their new birth until the end of their life. It is God's grace that leads us to repentance and away from sin. The grace of God leads us to walk by faith, not by sight. It is by grace we are saved, through faith, and not by any works or efforts of our own. The grace of God teaches us to deny ungodliness and worldly lusts and to live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age.

The Fruit of God's Grace

The most important fruit of God's grace is love. The grace of God is love in action. Other important fruits of God's grace include joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. God's grace also produces in us a sound mind, integrity, and a sincere and holy conviction. God's grace produces in us a longing to do good to others, a longing to tell others about His love, and a longing to be close to God in prayer.

God's Grace During Trials and Tribulation

The grace of God is for us in all situations, but it is especially important in times of trial and tribulation. In the midst of suffering and adversity, God's grace is our divine and powerful help. God's grace is the source of strength and courage to endure any suffering or trial. It is the grace of God that helps us to walk by faith, not by sight. It is God's grace we look to for hope and optimism in times of trouble. There will be times in every Christian's life when he or she feels forsaken by God. At those times, you must remember God's grace can never forsake you.

Conclusion

The grace of God is amazing and powerful. It is available to the believer from their new birth until the end of their life. It is by grace we are saved, through faith, and not by any works or efforts of our own. The grace of God leads us to walk by faith, not by sight. It is by grace we are saved, through faith, and not by any works or efforts of our own.

In summary, the grace of God is God's favor toward us that has no connection to our worth or merit. It is the love of God in action toward us because He has promised to save us. Without the grace of God, we would be lost forever, but with God's grace we are saved and can experience His love for all eternity.
